Calebotta occupies a house in Trogir's old town whose story reaches back to 1920, when Frane Calebotta built it and opened a cinema. His descendants' restaurant keeps that family name while offering three different dining settings: an interior facing the wine bar, a garden enclosed by old architecture and a front area connected to the life of the town. Dalmatian ingredients shape the food, with homemade pasta, fish and grilled meat forming the centre of the menu. A seafood starter plate combines tuna tartare, octopus carpaccio, marinated sea bass and prawns.
