KrzewiRog is a karczma, a traditional country inn, on Kartuska street in Garcz, the village on the road between Chmielno and Kartuzy, close to Lake Łapalickie. The house says its recipes have been handed down from one generation to the next by the women of the Jóskowski family, and that most of its game and fish come from the Kashubian lakes and from farmers in the area. The menu is long and plainly regional. Starters include bread with lard and pickled cucumber, herring in cream, potato pancakes with sugar or sour cream, sour rye żurek served in a bread loaf with egg, and the house's own plińc, the Kashubian potato pancake. The soups run from clear beetroot barszcz and chicken rosół with noodles to tripe, a goulash bogracz, a cold summer chłodnik and swede soup cooked on goose. The chef recommends cabbage rolls, grandmother's beef roulade, pork tenderloin country style and duck leg with cranberries. There is a long list of pork and poultry, from breaded schnitzel and roast pork knuckle to tenderloin in honey and a Kashubian schnitzel. The fish come as baked local vendace, or as cod, trout, perch, pike perch and salmon. Pierogi are filled with cabbage and mushrooms, meat, cheese, potato or strawberries, and the meatless corner offers pancakes, kopytka potato dumplings and a vegetable skewer. Cake and ice cream close the meal. Next to the inn stands the newer Adamowo building, used for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and conferences, with guest rooms above the restaurant and a beach about a hundred metres away.

Pizzeria Leone sits on Zamkowa street in Kartuzy, the county town of this part of Kashubia, and calls itself a piece of Italy in the heart of the region. The centre of the house is an oven fired with beech and oak wood, which reaches around five hundred degrees, so a pizza is ready in under three minutes. The dough is thin and made with Italian Tipo 00 flour, and the sauces are based on Italian DOP tomatoes. Because the base is thin, the kitchen keeps the number of toppings on each pizza limited so that it stays crisp. The list is long and mixes the classics with house inventions. Next to Margherita, Capricciosa and Salami there is a meatless pizza with mushrooms and peppers, a seafood one with tuna and capers, a Greek style Zorba with feta and olives, a spinach pizza with gorgonzola and sun dried tomatoes, and several that use oscypek, the smoked sheep cheese from the Polish mountains. Newer white pizzas start from crème fraîche, such as a carbonara version and one with pear, Parma ham, gorgonzola and almonds, and there is a calzone. Beyond pizza the menu has pasta with pesto or a beef ragù the house calls Leonese, pierogi, salads, chicken dishes served with fries or potato wedges and a salad of fresh vegetables, a sausage baked in the oven, and khachapuri, the baked flatbread with cheese and egg. Coffee and lemonades are on the drinks list. The pizzeria is open every day from midday, and food can be eaten on site, collected, or delivered within Kartuzy and to the surrounding villages.

Browar Król Plaza is the brewery and bar within the Król Plaza resort on Bałtycka in Jarosławiec. Copper brewing vessels form a conspicuous part of the space, and the bar has a view towards the sea. The appeal is the connection between the brewing equipment and what arrives in the glass: the beers are produced on site, using malt, hops, water and yeast, and are left unfiltered and unpasteurised. The regular selection spans several distinct styles. Pils is a pale lager with a barley malt base, herbal notes and a marked bitterness. Marcowe is an amber lager with a richer malt character and fruit and floral notes. The wheat beer uses both wheat and barley malts and has the cloudy appearance associated with the style, with banana and clove among its flavour notes. Occasional beers broaden the range towards darker and stronger styles, including Dunkel, a festive bock and porter. Those darker recipes bring roasted, coffee, chocolate or caramel flavours into the selection. Beer can also be packed to take home. Within the same resort, the restaurant serves Polish and international cooking, including game, poultry and cured meats made by the house. A terrace overlooking the sea adds an outdoor setting to the resort's food and drink offer. The brewery gives visitors a particular reason to stop here: a choice of locally brewed styles, visible brewing equipment and an outdoor terrace looking towards the Baltic.

Tawerna Rybacka stands on Rybacka, an old street leading towards Jarosławiec's fishing harbour. Renata and Robert Adamski established the restaurant in 1992, and Renata remains the owner and chef. A terrace is part of the setting, while the cooking brings together Polish dishes, Italian favourites and an extensive selection of fish. The choice goes well beyond a simple fried fillet. Cod can be grilled with mushroom sauce and potato dumplings, or baked under vegetables in a wine sauce. Salmon appears with spinach and cheese sauce, and halibut baked in parchment is paired with grilled vegetables and potato gratin. Seafood includes grilled prawns with garlic butter and mussels prepared with wine or cream. For a first course, the fish soup comes with garlic bread, alongside Polish staples such as sour rye soup, chicken broth and red borscht. Diners who prefer meat can choose pork, chicken or a potato pancake with goulash. Homemade kopytka, the small Polish potato dumplings, are served with mushroom or meat sauces. The Italian side includes pizzas and several pasta dishes, with broccoli, spinach, chicken or salmon among the combinations. A vegetable pizza and pasta with broccoli provide alternatives to the fish and meat specialities. Sweet pancakes offer a different way to finish or a simpler dish for a smaller appetite. A separate children's selection includes breaded fish, chicken, small portions of pasta and pancakes. The breadth of the menu makes the tavern a useful option when a group wants different kinds of food at the same table.

Jackowo brings together a Polish restaurant, a fish kitchen and a small family brewing tradition on Słoneczna in Jarosławiec. The family has served fish here since 1998 and operates its own fishing boat, DAR-348. Baltic catches connect the restaurant to the nearby harbour, while the wider menu gives companions plenty of alternatives to a fish meal. Homemade pierogi, meat dishes and pizza sit alongside the house fish soup. Potato pancakes with smoked salmon, horseradish cream cheese and dill show how the kitchen combines familiar Polish ingredients with the coastal setting. Another substantial choice is the fish casserole with potatoes, zucchini, spinach and cheese. Kashubian pork knuckle comes with braised cabbage and mashed potatoes, and homemade apple pie with ice cream offers a traditional finish. Five beers brewed under the Jackowo name include pale, dark, wheat and honey varieties. The setting has several distinct spaces: a main dining room, a fireplace room, a winter garden and a summer garden with the characteristic thatched shelters. That range makes it possible to choose between a sheltered meal and a more open summer setting. The restaurant also arranges weddings, christenings, family celebrations and company gatherings, with menus discussed individually. Tables are reserved by telephone. Beside the restaurant, the family's fish shop and smokehouse extend the connection with the fishing boat; the species available depend on the season and the catch. Together, these elements give Jackowo an identity rooted in one family's fishing, cooking and brewing activities.

The Kaminzimmer restaurant belongs to Bokel-Mühle am See, a boutique hotel beside the Bokeler See in a former watermill setting. An open fire gives the dining room its name, while chef Oliver Huckfeldt prepares changing regional specialties. The property connects its present hospitality business with a milling history that reaches back through five generations. Breakfast is available to outside visitors as well as hotel guests, with reservations requested. The buffet includes homemade jams, Bircher muesli, fruit and vegetables, salmon, cheese and cold cuts, with scrambled eggs and bacon from the kitchen. Coffee, selected teas and freshly squeezed orange juice complete the offer. Views toward the lake are part of the breakfast setting. An afternoon menu brings homemade classics and sweet dishes for a lighter meal or coffee stop. The evening restaurant then focuses on regional cooking in the Kaminzimmer. Beyond ordinary restaurant visits, the property has several distinct rooms for family celebrations, all grouped around the same lakeside site. The library provides an intimate setting for up to twenty guests. The Alte-Mühle retains brick walls and mill machinery and accommodates up to thirty-four, while the adjoining Remise has glass doors opening toward the lake and space for seventy-two. A white lakeside pavilion dating from 1914 offers a larger setting with a veranda and terrace. Celebrations can be planned with table service or a buffet, and the team discusses individual arrangements with organizers. These different spaces make the old mill a setting for both a restaurant meal and a larger family occasion.
