Max Massimo Mentasti

Max Massimo Mentasti is the restaurant of chef and owner Massimo Mentasti on Via De Viti De Marco in Maglie. Mentasti's working life has taken him through different parts of Italy, including Lombardy, Liguria, the Aosta Valley and Sardinia. After those experiences, he settled in Salento in 2018. The restaurant reflects that combination of a personal journey and a chosen home, bringing influences from elsewhere into cooking grounded in the surrounding territory.
