Restaurante La Parata occupies a hillside setting in the Andalusian hamlet of La Parata, above the beach area of Mojácar. Vegetarian choices include sweet potato and chickpea sambar, mushroom rigatoni and squash risotto with smoked Manchego.

Desserts continue that variety, with lemon posset, coconut panna cotta, torrijas and Spanish cheeses among the sample choices. Since the menu changes, these dishes illustrate the kitchen's approach rather than a fixed selection. Families can request half portions of selected dishes, and the team can accommodate particular children's tastes with advance notice. High chairs and baby changing facilities are available.
